This is one of my all time favorite shots. I love everything about this image, the angle, the puddle, the feet and of course the sunset. What an incredible time we had. This adorable couple is so awesome!! Ciara & Tovik like to watch movies, play & watch sports, go hiking, playing games & camping. They are very busy trying to plan their upcoming wedding but are loving every minute of it. You can tell that they love life & are excited for their new adventure together as a married couple. We had a great time taking their engagement pictures at the Great Salt Lake. We were able to capture an incredible sunset. We had such a great time at our shoot with this awesome couple, Brittany Richards & Brandon Brown. We were able to get some fantastic shots out at the Great Salt Lake. Come to find out they close the gate a little early, but we were able to work through it and we were able to capture an amazing sunset.
Brittney & Brandon met at Weber State University 5 years ago in a business class and they love being together. They enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, biking, scuba diving, going to the gym, crossword puzzles, playing racquetball and they also do crafts together. They just enjoy spending time together.
Brandon proposed to Brittany by using the Amazing Race theme. The Amazing Race is the only TV show that Brittany watches so he set up a mini amazing race with a tape recorder of him telling about their favorite places. He sent her to the place where they had their first kiss, their first I love you & lots of other fun places. At the end he was there & proposed. What a GREAT idea Brandon- props to you, so fun!!

I have been hanging on to these for a little while they wanted to get there invitations out first. By the way their invitations are adorable. Anyway so I just wanted to share a few with you from there shoot. Chelsea and Jordan have been so fun to work with, and it was no surprise that we had a blast on there engagements. I love the one in sepia of him looking at her. They are one of the cutest couples ever.
It was a beautiful evening at the Great Salt Lake. We were so happy that the weather finally cooperated. She was very prepared, her mom had brought a sheet and cut a hole in the middle in hopes that her dress would get as least amount of dirt on it as possible. It still got a little dirty, but the pictures where definitely worth it. Thanks for being such a great sport.
