Here are a few tips we want to share with you:
When choosing your outfits avoid patterns! You do not want your clothing to take any attention away from you. Try and avoid identical attire(i.e. matching jeans and white shirts). You want your engagements to appear somewhat natural. Would you really go out every day wearing identical outfits? You want to wear clothes that fit your body type and go well with your soon to be significant others clothes.
Try and relax! Engagements need to be fun. As your photographer we will pay attention to every little detail so that you don’t have to worry about it.
Engagements are such a fun part of wedding photography. We are able to get a great feel of who the couple is and how they interact with each other so we can take the best possible images. You may recall seeing the incredible images of Amber at the Capitol that Justin captured. We
couldn’t let you miss out on their fantastic wedding images too. We wanted to give a special thanks to Chad & Amber for letting us be part of their incredible day. What an incredible couple they are!!
Here is a little bit about Amber & Chad. Amber and Chad are a really fun couple. They enjoy spending time talking, camping, fishing and being themselves. They are excited to get into biking so they can go mountain biking together. They love the outdoors and love being with each other. They also love going to movies, eating popcorn & of course coke zero. Chad and Amber met at Amber’s work. Because Amber works at a financial institution he was able to go in often. We think he went in just to see Amber, but that is just our opinion.It took Chad three months to ask out Amber but once they went out they really hit it off.
Chad’s proposal was so sweet. He got a bunch of flowers and decorated Amber’s room. He placed flowers in vases all around the room and rose petals on the floor and he placed twelve long stem roses surrounding a wedding ring in the middle of the bed. Chad was standing in the corner and popped the big question when Amber came in. Great work Chad, we know Amber loved it.
Amber chose black and ivory accented with crystals for her wedding colors. And everything looked incredible.
Chad treats Amber like an angel and he is very committed to their relationship. Amber says he
is really perfect to her even with all his flaws. She loves that she can be herself around Chad.
Amber is very committed to things & she doesn’t stop til she achieves her goal. Chad loves her laugh and he loves her for all the fun, quirky things she does.
Amber was most excited to get all dressed up and to see Chad’s face when she walked down the aisle. What a beautiful bride she was.
Chad & Amber were married on 2/20/2010 at the Atrium at Western Gardens.

As some of you may know we were recently invited to participate in the Professional Photographers of California Print Competition. We were honored by receiving some of the highest scores for wedding photography in the State of California.
The Professional Photographers of California have also selected multiple images of ours to be featured in an incredible, limited edition, hardcover book entitled “Inspirations”, an elite image collection. We are thrilled to be apart of something so amazing. It is a complete honor & privilege for us to be apart of this elite group of professional photographers.
